Lee Chaikin

Previously Lee was a Managing Director of the Private Investments Group at Ramius, which he joined in 2005. Lee has over twenty years of private equity investing experience at Ramius and, prior to Ramius, Stone Point Capital. Currently Lee serves as Chairman of Calder Group Holdings Limited and as a board member (and Chairman of Audit Committee) of NJOY Holdings, Inc. Lee also practiced law for two years as a corporate lawyer at Cravath. Lee has a BSE from Wharton (Joseph Wharton Scholar, magna cum laude) and a JD from Columbia (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar). Throughout his career Lee has served on a number of corporate and non-profit boards of directors.
Jeffrey Libshutz

Previously Jeffrey was a Managing Director of the Private Investments Group at Ramius, which he joined in 2005. Jeffrey has over twenty years of private equity experience at Ramius and prior to Ramius, Sandler Capital and LLJ Capital (an affiliate of DB Zwirn& Co.). Currently Jeffrey serves as as a director of Tessellis SpA, Calder Group Holdings Limited, and All Points Broadband. Previously, Jeffrey was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers and Lazard Freres. Jeffrey has a BS in Engineering from Cornell (with honors) and an MBA from Wharton. Throughout his career Jeffrey has served on a number of corporate and non-profit boards of directors.
